Our Monsters
In Hereditary and Genetics we learnt
1) Genetics is instructions from your genes. 2) Traits are hereditary from parents and grandparents
3) DnA looks like cotton buds all lined up in a curved shape.
4) Hereditary is when family passes traits down to you.
5) All living things have genes.
6) Medical conditions some can/cant be passed down.
Our challenge was to learn about Genetics.we watched videos and we created alien traits by tossing a count a insert traits.

Rapaki Marae Trip
Rāpaki Marae day trip.
This term, we went on a day trip to Rapaki Marae. When we arrived, we were welcomed onto the marae with a traditional pōwhiri. We sang E te tau to the mana whenua of the marae.
During the trip, I learnt the statue at a family . My favourite part about the marae visit was going to the beach because we found shells. The most challenging part of the day was sitting and sitting because we had to listening to moody. Overall, my experience was broad.

Success: I felt successful when leaving the beach.
